Hello everyone, today I’m gonna be showing you how i make my tasty noodles recipe. Noodles is a popular meal consumed in so many countries. The amazing things about this meal is that it takes very little time to prepare.I am going to be showing you how to make very delicious and healthy noodles. 

In this recipe, we would be parboiling the noodles to take out some of those starch, while we introduce more nutrients to the meal with the vegetables used. Let’s go right into the procedure.

Ingredients For Tasty Noodles Recipe

  • 4 packs of noodles (70g) each
  • 5 large tomatoes 
  • I big ball of onion
  • Mackerel fish(your desired quantity)
  • A handful of carrots and great beans
  • 1 small green pepper 
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • Powdered pepper.(your desired quantity)

Procedure For Tasty Noodles Recipe

Chop all the vegetables and set aside

Boil 8 cups of water in a pot. This step is very important because it goes a long way to determine the outcome of your noodles.

Quickly put in all packs of noodles in the boiling water and stir continuously until all strands of noodles loosen up. This should take just 3-5minutes. “Do not boil the noodles” . This stage is basically to reduce the quantity of starch and prevent the noodles from sticking to each other as a result of the starch.

Strain out the starchy water and raise the noodles with cold water.

Fry the onion and the seasoning fish together until fish is well cooked.

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until the sour taste is gone. This should take about 5 minutes. Add in the carrots and green beans and cook for 3 minutes.

Add in 3 out of the 4 sachets of noodles seasoning .You can add more from the remaining 1 sachets if you feel the need too.

Please note that this varies with the type of noodles you choose to use. Putting all 4 sachets of seasoning might be too salty.

For Tasty Noodles Recipe

Add in half cup of water and 1 tsp of curry and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Mix the noodles into the vegetable sauce under low heat continuously until well combined.

Doughnuts can be used for breakfast, lunch, snack depending on how you wish to enjoy it. Asides just combining ingredients together, you should know that there is a science behind food making and every step or ingredient is very important.
I will be talking about the science behind and the secret to getting a rich and fluffy donuts and the role of each ingredients.   • 250g Flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 170g Milk
  • 1Tb spoon yeast 
  • 120g Sugar 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 60g Butter 
  • Oil for frying


Measure all Ingredients using a measuring cups or scale . 

Mix all the ingredients into a clean bowl

Mix with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes then transfer to a stand mix or a work surface for kneading. Using a stand mixer will be very helpful and save a lot of time and energy with better results but if you don’t have one, no need to worry, you still have your hands😁.

Using a stand mixer, kneading should take about 15 -20 minutes. Using the hands, kneading should take about 20-25 minutes.
After kneading, cut the dough into smaller parts, 75g each. The size of your thoughts must be equal and not too big to enable it cook probably.

Rub some oil on your palms and form smooth balls with the dough. Please watch the video on how to achieve this. The oil helps reduce friction between your palm and the dough.

Place the dough balls on a parchment paper or any nonstick paper. They should be a distance apart to give space for rising. Cover the though with a towel or with black nylon paper and keep in a dry and warm place for  40 minutes.

Fry in a pot with enough oil giving room for doughnuts to float.

Ingredients For Crunchy Spaghetti Pizza Recipe

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 seasoning cube for taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to your taste
  • 1 small ball of onion 
  • 1 large tomatoe
  • Curry powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder 
  • 190g spaghetti 

Please take note that you can adjust these measurements. If you don’t eat onions you can just take that out. The most important ingredient here is the egg because without the egg, you can’t bring the spaghetti together. I recommend you add in more ingredients if you can. Like some fish, sardines etc.

Procedures For Crunchy Spaghetti Pizza Recipe

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water. This should take about 10 minutes. Strain out the starchy water and leave it for 3-5 minutes to completely remove the water. Please watch the video Here for better understanding.

In a separate bowl, place all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly. All the ingredients need to properly combine and the egg touching every strand of spaghetti.

Pour in about 2 tables spoons of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Tilt the frying pan to different angles and let the oil touch every angle of the pan. The oil prevents the spaghetti from sticking to the bottom. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.

You know it’s cooked when one side turns brown and crispy after flipping. Flip over to the other side and let it also cook for 5 minutes.

Turn it over into a pan and use a pizza cutter to cut it into the desired sizes.

  2. 2  1/2 tsp baking powder 
  3. 2 1/2 Tbs Sugar
  4. Pinch of Salt
  5. 1 large Egg
  6. 1 1/2 Tbs Melted butter. 
  7. 1 cup Milk

Mix all ingredients together starting from the dry and then to the wet ingredients.

Using a spatula, mix all ingredients together until fully combined. Be careful not to over mix. This will go a long way to affect the texture of your pancake.

Fry pancakes in a nonstick frying pan. This wouldn’t require oil to fry but you can use some oil if you do not have a nonstick frying pan. 

Place a spoon full of the batter into the frying pan. You can always adjust the size of your pancake. You know it’s cooked when both sides turn brown under medium heat.

How To Make Fluffy Milk Bread Using A Pot

Making the fluffy milk bread using a pot can be so simple yet tricky if some details are not given proper attention. The amazing things about the Fluffy milk bread recipe is that it’s easy to make and you don’t need to worry about not having mixers or any of that.

In this post, I will be showing you how I baked using both a pot and an oven. Some people find it challenging baking either because they do not have an oven, or stand mixer and all that. Worry no more!!

Ingredients For Fluffy milk bread Recipe

For the yeast mixture 

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 Tbs sugar 
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

For the bread Dough

  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup melted salted butter plus 1 Tbs unmelted salted butter

 Into the cup of a warm milk, add in sugar and stir then add in the active dry yeast. Stir and keep aside for 5 minutes to activate. The mixture should form foams and increase in volume. This is a sign that the yeast is active.

In another bowl, add in all dry ingredients and stir to fully combined.

Add in the egg, and the yeast mixture and mix using a spatula until  everything combines.

Turn the dough over to a work surface and knead. This should be much more easier and less time consuming if you use a stand mixer but if you do not have one, just go ahead and knead with your hands.

This kneading process should take about 20 – 30 minutes until dough becomes stretchy.

Cover the dough with a dry towel and keep in a warm place to proof for 1 hour.

You will notice that the dough  doubled its size after an hour. 

Punch the dough downwards and turn it over to the work surface again. Using a rolling stick , roll out the dough taking off some of those air bubbles.

Keep the dough again for another 30 minutes to proof in a warm place. While this is going on, preheat the oven at 160 degrees Celsius.

Glaze the dough with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius in the oven

You should use white sand because it distributes and retains heat more. You can also use stones in place of sand. You can see how I did that Here.

Place some white sand in a pot, cover it up and let it heat for 10 minutes on medium heat.  Place the bread dough into the pot and cover it up tight making sure that you prevent heat from escaping. You can do this by adding heavy objects on the cover of the pot. Baking time should be about 20 – 25 minutes.

 You can see here that the bread began baking already. The challenge with this method is that it  may not have the brown finish at the top of the bread because there is no direct heat from above. You will have to flip the bread over after it is properly  baked. let the top of the bread be on the baking pan. Let it  bake again for about  5 -10 more minutes.
