HEALTHY AND TASTY NOODLES RECIPE. YOU WILL NEVER TRY IT ANOTHER WAY AGAIN.

Hello everyone, today I’m gonna be showing you how i make my tasty noodles recipe. Noodles is a popular meal consumed in so many countries. The amazing things about this meal is that it takes very little time to prepare.I am going to be showing you how to make very delicious and healthy noodles. 

In this recipe, we would be parboiling the noodles to take out some of those starch, while we introduce more nutrients to the meal with the vegetables used. Let’s go right into the procedure.

Ingredients For Tasty Noodles Recipe

  • 4 packs of noodles (70g) each
  • 5 large tomatoes 
  • I big ball of onion
  • Mackerel fish(your desired quantity)
  • A handful of carrots and great beans
  • 1 small green pepper 
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • Powdered pepper.(your desired quantity)

Procedure For Tasty Noodles Recipe

Chop all the vegetables and set aside

Boil 8 cups of water in a pot. This step is very important because it goes a long way to determine the outcome of your noodles.

Quickly put in all packs of noodles in the boiling water and stir continuously until all strands of noodles loosen up. This should take just 3-5minutes. “Do not boil the noodles” . This stage is basically to reduce the quantity of starch and prevent the noodles from sticking to each other as a result of the starch.

Strain out the starchy water and raise the noodles with cold water.

Fry the onion and the seasoning fish together until fish is well cooked.

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until the sour taste is gone. This should take about 5 minutes. Add in the carrots and green beans and cook for 3 minutes.

Add in 3 out of the 4 sachets of noodles seasoning .You can add more from the remaining 1 sachets if you feel the need too.

Please note that this varies with the type of noodles you choose to use. Putting all 4 sachets of seasoning might be too salty.

For Tasty Noodles Recipe

Add in half cup of water and 1 tsp of curry and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Mix the noodles into the vegetable sauce under low heat continuously until well combined.
